When you guys with the WR250R's get your trailers please chime in and tell how the bike pulls it. That is exactly what I want it for. I also wonder what it would be like to pull one of these on the TAT.

I would say it is time to start thinking of moving this to a Vender thread. something to think about.

I wanted to put up an updated list of those I am going to call when they are indeed done.

Here is who I'm going to call and offer the first five to:

1) c2c4c, 2002 DR650
2) Wlfman, 2006 KLR650
3) Screen Name, ???? XR650R (will need data on axle to make sure it will fit)
4) Cromoth, 2008 WR250R
5) WalkerGreenLabel, XR650R (will need data on axle to make sure it will fit)
6) Fisherman, WR250R & KLR650
7)

I can add more names to the list, if you'd like to be on it just let me know. I will start at the top of the list and offer them a trailer, if they don't want one or can't swing it now, I'll just move down the list. Again, there are only going to be five at the special price of $500. I have figured out that they will retail for $695 after these first five. I will update my webpage by adding pricing and a shopping cart after I get this first run done.

Thanks for all the input guys!

I thought this was the vendor area?? Do you mean I should start a dedicated moto-mule thread?

Well then you could remove the question marks in the thread title. Fact is you have indeed created an awesome dual-sport trailer. Period. No question (mark).

Thanks! But I didn't start this thread, TheCheat started it years ago. It is a great thread on the development of several dual sport trailers. I can see how the moto-mule has turned into more of a comercial product now. I will start another one dedicated to the moto-mule.

If it's ok with everyone, I'd like to keep posting in this thread until after these first five are done. This is a great thread on the development of several trailers, the moto-mule is just one of those trailers. When I complete this test production run and change my website to where someone could actually buy one, I will start a new thread. Unless of course, I meet resistance to that and am asked to start a new thread now.

That being said, I'm quite happy with the progress I've made this past week... Here are a couple shots that I'm quite proud of.

Still a lot to do, but I must say that taking this picture was quite rewarding for me!

This thread didn't start in Vendors, and it was just moved recently.

I think it's fine to keep posting here - the only reason I would suggest you start your own thread at some point is so you can name it something that would bring you new customers - I was only half-joking earlier about the question marks!

I think your trailer is a great design and I look forward to seeing it in action - a buddy of mine is on the "first five" list so I'll get good first-hand feedback!

Just caught-up. Had been a long time since I last saw this thread and am glad to see that it's been resurrected! Trailers are looking fantastic.

Great work MrBracket! Your photos represent a lot of work and even more planning and testing.

I've been following this thread (as it has been off and on) for a long time. Whether it is left here or moved somewhere else means nothing at all to me. I commend you for your efforts and for bringing - by far - the most detail on building a trailer to this thread. Thank you very much!

Regards,

Gregory Bender

Keep up the good work Mr. Bracket......Personally I can't understand why the mod threw this whole thread in vendors anyhow.....I would have thought when you start putting them up for sale to everybody, then I can see the request to start a new thread in vendors.......This thread was started years ago to exchange ideas on building and constructing trailers and should continue to do so......

I would ask you to put me on the list but I can't come up with an easy do-it-myself way to make it work with my Daka axle.
