While I dont own them many of the guys a ride atv's with have them and complain about leaks from the cap. It seems the old style caps were fine but when the new EPA approved caps were introduced the leaks began. Now its 50 50 if the cap leaks

I might have to go Barron style and use some sheet metal for the right side plastic as the tab that holds it bent in, and I still need to get the new rear fender and tail light. Ditching the WPS light and stock fender for a Maier MX fender and BD led tail light. My job looks like I might only have a week or two left so that leaves me with plenty of time to make her my own all over again. I'm going to a local shop to see what turn signals they have in stock, hopefully something low profile and fits on the BD light. They need to make an integrated version of that light.
Hey man if you just need the piece that is riveted to the airbox and you can wait a little while( aweek or three) I can send it to you. I have to say that I really like the sheet metal though because it doesn't scratch easy and it's cheap to replace. I would seriously not put on the BD led taillight if you ride in traffic often, and as far as integrated lights go- I strongly reccomend them because you won't need the regular turn signals anymore so there is less stuff to break off when you swing your leg over, hit a tree or drop it .

Hey so I'm getting a new hard case setup and I want to get a north America sticker. I would like to draw my trip line on it. So all one color or some cool color scheme would be cool. If every state and territory is a different color then they should be low tone colors. I looked in the vendors section and couldn't really find what I was looking for. Anybody know where I can get a sticker like this? A little bigger than a piece of paper.

But the sound, seems deeper, but not louder if that makes sense.
If you took out the air box snorkel under the seat you are getting the intake "moan" from the carb. Mine did the same after the mods. NCOkie put his snorkel back on because he did not like the sound it made.

You ought to hear the intake noise from my 600. Someone cut the top off of the airbox long ago and I can hear a fuffuffuffuffuffuffuffuffuffuffuff sound almost all of the time if I listen for it.
