It happened to be on my local Craigslist. Yeah, thanks Craigslist for closing down Craiglook. Fuckers. I spent almost as much time there looking at stuff as I do here in ADV land.

Just tried Searchallcraigs.com better than nothing but not as good as craiglook.

I wanted to test ride it more but the idiot owner put Armor All on the seat and it was slippery than shit, thought I was going to slid off in second gear. Anyhow how much do you think I should offer him for it? If I buy it, what three farkles should I do to it?

You go over with 2500 cash & bet she is yours.

1700 miles is nothing

as far as what mods depends on how you want to use it.

Good mods for everyone
1) Dave's mods Google it
good mod for your hight
2) CR high bend bars & a 1 in riser to start

After that ride it & see what you want

The frame on our L's is sure weird. I have a the RSW 3 in rise and cr high bend bars. I am only 5 ft 10.5 inches tall. I never had a bike that need so much rise. If I didnt have the RSW rise I would look at the yz double high bend bars. Ben

If I'm not mistaken, the rear axle has the same threads and can be used as a removal tool.

Another tip - the dipstick can also be used to check the level of fork oil. Works perfectly.
