That picture someone else posted has the two jets. Long skinny one is the pilot, shorter one is the main. Have you got two of the same jet?

yes, but nothing ever happened with it. We didn't find a better buy than david Silver out of UK, and the 2nd gear can be had here in the states.

My KLR would not start on top of Pike's Peak with jetting that ran great around here. Don't base your jetting decisions for elevation on my experience around here. Ask the CO guys what they're running with snorkle removed.

While you have the float bowl off, remove that vane on the front with your bench grinder. Leave the little arrow thing on the fuel screw. This way you can adjust it with a gloved hand while riding and see how much you turned it.

Carry a new plug and the tools to change it on your trip.
Done. Thanks!

The response to the the sub frame braces has been overwhelming. I will have more made than I had originally planned. I fully intend to get this done, and help out as many in this community as I can, but there is a major problem. I'm using the PDF Steve sent me and I'm sure they will fit, but before I lay down some long green to get them made I want to make sure that they are going to fit and people are going to be happy with the product. Anyway, I can't figure out for the life of me how and where they fit on the subframe. I felt like the world's biggest idiot fumbling around trying get them where they are supposed to go. Seriously f'n baffled. If anyone has this particular gusset welded up or can cut out some paper ones and post a picture I would greatly appreciate it. Also, let me know what has to be removed to make them fit. I'm sure they fit; I'm just apparently to damn dense to figure it out. Time for a beer.

Did you have many dealerships near where you live? Might be worth checking with any that are nearby, that is if bigman doesn't have one.

The new Voyager is considerably tougher and far more capable. Worth the extra dough IMHO.

Ditto... Local dealer here typically has a good stock of jets for Keihins. By the time I fool with shipping, they are also cheaper than messing with on line suppliers. It is worth making a few calls.

I just ordered a second fifth for a friend from David Silver Spares. Service was great.
