that kid isn't mature enough to ride a bicycle let alone a motorcycle...holy #*@%, there are so many things wrong with this picture...
1. started screaming like a 1 year old little girl before even assessing the situation,
2.first person he called was his Mommy...
3.the only thing he did when he saw the deer was let off the throttle...a little.
4. that's one of the reasons I don't go riding in shorts, tennis shoes and t-shirt,especially If riding only street.
5.can't believe he actually posted this for all to see, I guess down the road it can be used as a what not to do.

If you can yell coherent words, you may be in pain but you ain't *hurt*.

He just got shocked by the bitchslap of life marked "Yeah, bad shit can happen even to you. Life's hard, wear a helmet".

Hurt people make no noise or just go "URGGGGH! arrrrr... urrrrr....". And some of those people even get up after a few minutes.

I have had not a deer/car moment but a midair moment where I realized I was going to get hurt, too bad no camera to record me yelling "FUCK!"

Broke both feet on that one, was all alone, had to drag the bike out of the hole, mount up, ride out of the area and ride home. Would have had to drag myself out if I didn't have E-start!

OK, read the description, he's a bit hurt...

"Ended up in the hospital for 4 days. 6 permanent screws and a plate holding my ankle together,2 fractures to my should as well as torn muscle. To top that off had massive swelling/bruising on my hip from landing."

Broken bones entitle you to yell a bit...

So how much of that would have been insignificant with a little gear?

Brake caliper pistons...

Need a new set of 2004 XR650L front brake caliper pistons...
Looks like the OEMs are some kind of composite, I'm guessing to cut corrosion ( I ride year round in salty and muddy conditions) and heat transfer. The cheaper after market deals look aluminum but I'm guessing they will pit in short order and transmit more heat from pads? Where to buy cheapest OEMs or does anybody have a set they want to sell?
Thanks in advance
