Wanna get away?
Here's a sequence from last summer - I was looking for run-down urban backgrounds for a video.
1) thought I would duck under this highway overpass for a quick shot 2) made the illegal left towards the "official vehicles only" area and thought I was in the clear 3) Found this instead D'ohh4) He kept his hand on his gun for a few minutes while he grilled me His exact words were: "why in the hell would you want to videotape this miserable place where I have to spend my entire shift?" Feeling pretty stupid I mumbled about showing a contrast between city + country riding... Turns out that details have been posted here since 9/11... I thanked him + split. |

Hi folks,
I bought a police ST1100 from the British Forces in Germany. 10.000 klicks only on the speedo after 8 years of duty. After converting it (had to get rid of blue lights, intercom, and sound) into a street bike it's my beemer for everyday highway use on German Autobahns. A lot of car drivers still seem to believe it's a police bike. At least the pull over when they see that thing approaching in the mirror Above the mirror you'll spot the mount for the blue lights. They would definately make the bike faster. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cheers Dirk |

Yea,
That poor guy. He had to make $30-40 an hour to sit in MY car and use MY high-speed internet on MY state-issued computer to surf the web. He had to make some phone calls on the cell phone who's entier cost he deducts from his taxes. He's stuck there? I'm not too choked up about it. Quote:
