 This is the new adition to the Argentinian motorpool   Those are electric scooters! and when they ran out of juice you can use pedals like a bicycle. I saw them the other day! whats more funny about this is that they are supposed to enforce the helmet laws and they don't use one! :( Those scooters are mad in china by Lucky Lion  those are Yamaha TDM 900 that right now are being used by Gendarmeria Nacional and Policia Federal Argentina, the ones for the PFA are Blue! |

Northumbria Police (in the U.K.) have disbanded their motorcycle fleet, siting "health & safety reasons" ...The Chief Constable claims a car can do everything a motorcycle can, but more safely....
