uh oh- unauthorized off road no helmet demo uly test run from back when they just came out- I was instructed to keep this picture hidden for at least a year so nobody got in trouble.

I know its a crappy picture... but hey... that's what I get for trying to take it outside in Ohio....

But right now, it has the luggage on it. I have a Zero Gravity screen coming and a set of heated hand grips to put on it. Once I get out on a good ride, I'll surely take some good pics...

I bought them from California Sport Touring website. It was $26 or something like that. They are the Symtec's and are designed for motorcycles. I got the one with the round rocker switch and I plan on putting it just over the speedo, or maybe inside the throttle side hand guard.

Two nights ago I installed those same grip heaters on my Uly, with the rocker switch placed right over the speedometer. Not to cool here yet, but boy they felt pretty toasty (on "LOW") on the morning commute! I think they'll be great on those 20-degree mornings.

I got it from Lake Erie Harley.

Funny thing is that I went to Elyria HD first to buy a Ulysses' there (as I have a good friend, who is good friends with the owner and they had one). Well, I gave them my price, it didn't work out. I left. Went to Lake Erie (now it gets weird here.... they are sister stores, owned by the SAME guy!). I told them my price... they said sure. I picked it up that same day.

But...they had to get the bike from.. (you guessed) Elyria HD. I am sure that to this day that the sales guy is still kicking himself in the pants. Lake Erie HD even TOLD the guy, that it was for me... The Elyria guy, reconized my name (as I was JUST in there...)

I love peotic justice....

I plan to wire mine into the 12V outlet up front. I know that the outlet is switchable with the key. But I need to find out if it's on when the parking lights are on though...

ChadHargis did a nice install on his including switch and relay. I would direct wire and run a relay off the front power outlet.

That is a crap load of stuff to run off one outlet if you plan on adding vest, GPS, XM, Aux Lights, etc.

The relay doesn't really pull any real wattage off the plug.

Chad, do you have any pics?

PS. Are you ready for a second run? I don't want my poor little mitts to get too cool!
