That wall is what's left of the Daisy air gun and windmill factory in Plymouth, MI. In operation from 1882 to 1958. Demolished (except for that wall) in 2005.

What is the purpose of leaving one wall? I know with some renovations, they'll leave part of the building so it can be considered a renovation, and not new construction.
