You can see where this tree has been burnt by fire. I have never seen bigger trees in my life. This is one of the 100 giants in Sequoia Nat. Park.

Only 8Km from where I used to live in Barisis Aux Bois, is this great old castle, Coucy le Chateau. It's famously tall donjon was unfortunately a victim of the Great War.
