Roketa scoots?

Are they any good? What motor do they use? Honda 4 stroke knockoffs?

I have a Tank 150cc, very similar to rocketa, made in China by company based in Mexico. Most cheap chinese scoots, atv's, and buggies use Honda GY6 or similar licensed engine technology.

Jim at Scootersource Inc. should be able to answer questions about the Roketa. I was surprised at the size of them when I first saw them. You are right about the Honda engines. They're air-cooled, which I wish my Elite was. He has sold several of them and they seem to hold up well.
A co-worker of mine is picking up her new Tank (just like above) this weekend.

Her's is a red one - she is a noob to scooters, though her husband has a Burgman.
