Those Hepco Becker plastic bags are pretty good. Seen them hold up very well.
I personally prefer soft bags for many reasons. mostly for safety. If it's looking wet, I can put everything in plastic bags to keep em dry. I've had too many situations where the rear pannier catches my leg. Large panniers will encourage overpacking and overloading.

osii ; safety is why i shy away from the square box hard bags also . Should my leg get hit by the radius of my Givi hard bags , I feel there is less damage than a corner of a square box . Have heard some riders comment on how much affect their square boxes have on their gas mileage also . So far my Givi bags have been used as a "kick stand" once on my Sabre and once on my Wee Strom , no damage yet !

Finally go the bags for the SW-Motech rack. Easy to install but a few inches wider than I planned. The rack tapers. Here are a few pictures. I have Buell turn signals and did not relocate them rearward. We will see how they work. There is clearance.

Can't recall if I ever posted in here, but anyhow here's our K7 Wee with Caribou Cases all around. Loaded down for 10 days in New England, Summer of 09. Camped the whole thing and two upped the whole thing. Wee (as always) took it in stride.

Well, if you don't mind I guess I will ask you the same question as your bags look similar. Are those HT 9 inch Tetons and how do you feel about them. Likes, Dislikes would you do anything different? Any info would surely help and also other photos of multiple angles. Thanks!
