Hard to answer your question as Spain´s regions are so varied (different landscapes, climates...), better you tell us a bit more about your personal preferences (smaller vs mid-sized or bigger cities, average year temperatures/rainfall?...proximity to international airports, mountains, seashores..., cost of living, etc) so we can give some advice.
The places you name are in or around the Pyrenees so I assume you are a mountain fan and prefer smaller cities, I mean Huesca and Jaca are nice but pretty small, (By the way Andorra does not belong to the European Union, although they use the Euro as a currency, so I dont know about their inmigration procedures, it is a beautiful country but I would say uncomfortable in winter as it gets overcrowded with skiers during the ski season).

Comeing over on holiday to Santa Susanna Resort near barcelona on sunday for a week, any tips for stuff we NEED to see, or maybe scooter hire, a week in a hotel is gonna be a long time for me without 2 wheels so any tips are welcome.

Don't know much of Barcelona, but about the scooter rental have a look here, here or here. Dont have any input on this companies though.

Don't worry, I know dudes that are analphabet in several languages, including english and spanish.
I don't know if this web has an official language, but I've seen posting different ones.
Anyway, this is the spanish riders tread and i guess that spanish is wellcome. Feel confortable and try to improve your english on the run, post by post .
