You will definitely enjoy fish in Portugal. If you get to travel to the Algarve (Portugal's southern coast) I can recommend you a couple of restaurants down here.

We are settled for the night in Erceria, Portugal. It's nice here! Decent sea food. Cheap hotel, free breakfast, free wifi...

Tomorrow Lisbon, and the area. We'll stay here for couple of days, and then we go back to southern Spain.

There are another spanish motorbikers that lives in the African territories that belogs to Spain. Me, per example, in Canary Islands. Bikers like me feel here some claustrophofic feelings about short roads.
How ever, I musted crash this feeling and I made a long trip... and I will continue in 2 weeks.

Hello my Spanish friends! I'm in a bit of a spot and hoping someone can point me straight.

I'll be in Barcelona June 17-23 and have rented a really nice R1200GS for a day to tour the countryside with girlfriend on back. However i was hasty and put my money down before figuring out they don't rent gear! Oops.

How do I get 2 helmets for 1 day?

Thanks so much! I'm very excited to ride in Spain - and my bike at home is a 2007 Vstrom 1000 so the 2012 GS will be a nice treat.

Hello all,

i'm planed on a big trip around Espagna this summer, august.
last three weeks of it actualy.

Spanish for me is close to nothing, but communication was never a problem ( hands, signs.. etc.. lol )

i'm looking for any advise anybody can tell me, about places to stay, things to look at, etc...
evrything from temperatures to restaurant to go !!

i joined the picture of my road trip.

Hola, lo siento, no hablo mucho espanol.

We are planning a trip from Santander to Donostia s Sebation, then south to Estella.
From there we are planning on taking the 240 & 260 East through the mountains and then dropping down to Barcelona.
We will be spending a few days there seeing the sights and the beach.
From there we will be travelling North in the general direction of Toulouse.

we will be in s sebastian on the 30/07/12 and from then on we are quite flexible.

Can anyone recommend sensibly priced places to stay, room only as a preference.

Would anyone like to meet up for a coffee/beer along the way.

We will be aboard a BMW R1100RS so roads only this trip.

Any advice will be appreciated.
