First, the dealer is an idiot. He should have insisted she strap the helmet on, next this should have been rehearsed off camera in a large area not a a sidewalk with pedestrians walking by.
She was an idiot for getting on the scoot without even knowing where the brakes were. The dealer told her about the rear brake as she was taking off. Other than that it was a fine piece of reportage.
