I love this scoot.. I havn't touched my gs since bringing her home.... the weight, the look, the ride, the gas consumption, the licence fees, the insurance, the bling factor, the upgrades you can do.....

Its a keeper ! :rabia

Tell me about it --- I've been getting about 90-100mpg on my CH80, flogging it pretty hard. I say "about" because the tank is so small that adding even a little more or less gas changes the mpg numbers in a big way --- I will need to track gas over some weeks to get an accurate number.

Boy, you're not kidding. I've noticed that also.I just got back from an 80-mile run this evening. My MPG increased about 4 mpg from the last fill up. I usually am running it near or at wide open.

Anyone else prefer riding their scoots at night out in the country?

We've got a nice "evening route" that takes out through the local university's farmland. Easy 40mph cruise and can dial that back to 35 if we want if there's no traffic. Farmlands, a few ponds, easy back roads....perfect! So much stuff I've missed while blurring the scenery on the GS.

I've been riding the same route through the countryside on motorcycles for about 15 years or so. One weekend we were on that route on the scoots and I discoved a little farm with donkeys. Donkeys! I had missed them before. Never noticed them, but there they were, about 7 of them, milling around doing whatever little pot-bellied donkeys do. They were right at an intersection and I had always been fixated on getting back on the throttle after getting through the intersection and never saw 'em. I get a chuckle now every time I see them.

Photog you hit the nail right on the head. I too have taken a GS travelled route with my LEAN MEAN SCOOTING MACHINE and I'm seeing things that on the GS i would have blown right by.

Tonight my wife asked me (actually tld. me) i really would like a glass of Spumante with our BBQ tonight. Ok hon, so I hop on the scoot and take another ride . I live in a busy city and live in the downtown where there is mucho eye candy and ZERO PARKING even with the GS the parking is difficult to say the least. You don't want to park between two cars and then find your GS on its side when you want to ride home.... but the SUPER 9 , no problem ! I stuck it into a little hole of a parking space and got the vino for my SO.. Came home with a big on my face and my SO tld. me how wonderul I am and she was going to do something special to me tonight nuff said......

I LOVE THIS LIL SCOOT !
