I have to say I enjoy the view way better since I got rid of those stupid "Mickey mouse" mirrors and went to bar ends. I never could see much other than my shoulders with them anyway.

Well, I have read all 1036 pages, and bought a Scram at about page 960. Loving it, still my daily ride, even though its -4C in the mornings here (soft i know in comparison to North America, but i have ridden in the snow and ice there too!).
Anyhow, the speedo has started to make noises at some speeds. This has been mentioned on this thread, does anyone have a link to the pages, or a quick fix? Cheers, Oztraveller |

speedo noise
I lubed mine with DuPont Teflon when it started to make a lot of noise when it was cold out, so far it is quiet, now it's warm out
and still quiet.

anyone know if the dart screen will fit a 2012 Scrambler? looks like the speedo and the tacho would be too wide for it. any alternatives that would work?

Oillamp on my EFI Scrambler bulit 09 on today
Hi there. I got my oil warning lamp on today after a ride of 2 km. Didn't switch off even after restart and a few hours break. We brought it home on a trailor. Checked the oil-level, but threre's enough in. Has somebody any idea what that could mean? Had a problem after a long ride a few weeks ago after a stop for gas. The Scram backfired, the bike switched off servel times and the motor seemed not to be running very well. Oil tempereature was over 120 °C.
