I hadn't see that tire before, kinda interesting. I'd like to hear how the wear on it goes.

The install of the caliper bracket was a tight fit, just barely enough brake line. The Hagons work well, but I have nothing to compare them to...purchased bike with Hagons in August.

Today's ride

Nice sunny day. That's all a few km around the house.

Naturally I felt in the sand. It's very difficult with a so heavy bike and unknobie tires. To put the bike on his wheels was very difficult to in the smooth sand.
but no damages.

Euro trip

The wife and I took a trip round Europe this autumn. France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Lichtenstein and Switzerland were on our route. Here's a few pics of the Austrian Alps.

An Englishman always carries his brolly!!!

A great trip of 2500 miles, but next time we'll plan a better route!

Awesome scenery in Austria and Switzerland though.

Cheers.

Looks like an awesome trip! Thanks for sharing the pix. I've been there a few times by car but have yet to do it on a bike. The Austrian Alps are my favorite.

What would you do differently with the route next time?

I purchased a set some months ago, just put 5000 Km on them a fortnight ago. Really happy with them. YSS your side of the pond built them to suit the weight I wanted and they were spot on.

Good info. I had Hagon's on my Bonnie and wasn't super thrilled with them. Willing to pay for a better shock, not quite ready for a grand on Ohlins though.....

Progressives have caught my eye too.
