You rode right by my house, I live right next to the rest area you passed on the way up Anarchist, beside the truck brake check. You pass a big moose on the left, then I'm the big eagle on the right. PM me next time and I'll ride along for a bit or show you some backroads (dirt) to divert you from the boring pavement.

Not sure if everyone is familiar with the Destination Highways books, as I think they are for certain regions (according to the book's cover they reference NorCal, SoCal, WA, BC). My book is the top 185 motorcycle roads in Southern BC. I decided for my first ever MC road trip, why not go find #1?

Here's a few various shots from the trip.

Roads near to and the views of Osoyoos in the southern Interior (BC's wine country).

Examples of the twisties and views in the Kootenays:

Love these photos! Just got back from an Al-Can trip, started in Vancouver. Next time, I'm taking my bike or renting one there. I could easily live there in the summer and Texas in the winter.

Well now that I know that.....damn. Next time. Thanks for the offer.

Just don't tell me you were showing the UFC at your place as well. I was pushing it to get there for Saturday night only to find out that no pubs were showing it.

For the next trip, the scram will be much more dirt friendly. The skidplate, tank bag, dart screen and a few goodies all arrived....the day AFTER I left.

About 1800 km of almost all hwy with no windscreen was enough punishment on the chest.

At least proves that you were near a tree. Which means near the countryside. Which means going for a ride. Which means...........

I'd sleep in a cat box to have that thing. Very nice job. Good luck.

I just got some new stickers made for the side panels They were made off a picture of a Trophy 650 I parked next to at the Isle of Vashon TT this past weekend.

the blue is the backing for the vinyl stickers, and it only cost me $5 USD.
