As a rural carrier I really like the idea of this thread!
I will be heading to Colorado next weekend and will try to take some photos of small town post offices to add to the collection.

No matter where you are in the US you can find a post office nearby. the small offices generally don't make a profit for us but, they serve our rural customers and small farm communities well.
many of the small communities are defined by their post offices, you try to close one and you have a fight on your hands.
