R1200GSA & HP2 skidplate
The skidplate that I make for the HP2 is about 2" longer than the one I make for the R1200GS adventure. They both use the same factory skidplate but the HP2 does not have a centerstand so I made it a little bit longer for better coverage. 2HE

Could you please post a picture of the mounting hardware for the HP2 Sump Guard. Are isolation mounts used or is this plate directly attached to the engine bosses? Thanks.

HP skidplate
Hi Guys, I'm out of town on business this week. The HP2 skidplate is supplied with two replacement rear rubber isolators and comes with stainless steel buttonhead bolts for the front. The HP2's I've seen use a Z shaped bracket in front in place of the rubber isolators that are used on the GS. The factory skidplates all all the same. My HP2 skidplate is about 2" longer than the standard GS skidplate. With no centerstand I made it a touch longer for better protection. Ernie dakotabeemer@hotmail.com

R1200GS skidplates
Just a quick note to let Michael know that his skidplates are on the way to Tucson. Thanks for the order. Enjoy.
I'll be out of town all week on business. I don't know if any internet service will be available yet. I'll be back by the weekend. Ernie

HP2 skidplates
Hi Kahoon, I had to raise my prices just a touch recently. The cost of aluminum has gone up quite a bit since I started making the skidplates for the new generation R12's. Cost of the HP2 skidplate is $135.00. The R12 and HP2 skidplates now come with dimpled mounting points as standard. I made a set of dimple dies for my 20 ton press and it has worked out very well. Let me know if you would like one. I have a couple on hand all set to ship. Ernie dakotabeemer@hotmail.com
