Skidplates

Hey Greg and Jeff, Thank you for the complements. Glad to hear you are happy with the skidplates. 2HE

Also happy to hear from another HP2 owner. The clamp on duffle bag tie down points have been very popular. I've been busy making more.

I also have a skidplate set going out to Jim in Renton WA. It's on the way.
Thanks. Ernie

Question HP2 skid plate with custom holes on each side

Ernie,

Just wanted to upload this font graphic sample here:

Instead of the normal holes drilled in the side lips, can you cut "HP2" ...or even "HP2 ENDURO" in each side lip, using the above font (or some close approximation). The graphic was created at www.edecals.com using the Dodger font. Both words is probably pushing it for space.

..this one is Borg font. White would be negative space, grey background would be aluminum.

I will send PM. Thanks ~

Well worth the money !!

Greetings from Belgium.
Great pictures, but she looks way too clean! Take her out and test those plates. I ordered the same set, can't wait to get them.

R1200GS skidplates

I have a skidplate set going out tomorrow for Don in Arizona. Don is going to be leading a GS ride and felt a better skidplate was in order. Thanks for the order. Have a good ride. Ernie

BMW national rally

Thanks very much for posting the Hawaii picture. I added a copy to my collection. Hard to believe that I've sent 3 skidplate sets to Singapore but only 1 to Hawaii. I'd love to have room for a world map to post my sales on one of these days.

I do have plans to attend the BMW national but I may not be vending there. If you would like me to bring a skidplate set or other item along for the ride let me know and I'll be happy to do so. You can reach me at: dakotabeemer@hotmail.com or 507-643-8888
Thanks. Ernie

could be that is because you see my bike parked on the only dirt road in Oahu :) I really bought the bike for when I PCS back to the mainland.

HP2 skiddie installed

Ernie,
Got it installed. Fitting was perfect, install was smooth. I think it will keep the rocks separate from my headers better than the OEM pie plate.

Have you thought about making a skid plate for the final drive/rear paralever ? I have the small plastic guard installed, but it does'nt cover enough.
