Does anybody have an LC4 main bearing puller to loan out?

Allgonoshow,

I added your garage to the list on page 1, thanks!

I haven't heard about anybody offering to loan out an LC4 main bearing puller yet, but maybe somebody will step up when they see this post

Pretty well equipped home workshop for ADVRiders passing through, on site only. Trailer available.
Wheel balancer/GS hub
HF lift.
HF tire Changer. (change your own, not me!)
Oxy/Acet gas welding.
Good set of hand tools, wrenches and etc.
You take away oil and tires.
Work clean/clean up.
No projects please! Just repairs and emergencies.
Over night stays possible.

If you are stuck in the Keweenaw area and need something fixed you are always welcome to stop by my place.

I have a full shop and most tools you can think of. Here's a short list

Tire changer and balancer
4 different flywheel pullers
every socket size
air tools
drill press
welder
plasma cutter
grinders
sawzall
lift
stand
one professional mechanic
Steel pile
nut and bolt pile
spark plug pile
wheel truing stand

I also have access to a lathe and some good friends who work at the local auto parts store. I have a couple couches and a spare bedroom if you are stranded and on a budget.

Anyone have a GS-911 tool for loan/rent?

Howdy, I have a 2005 BMW R1200 that I rebuilding from a crash. I have it just about put back together, but am having trouble getting it to start up again.

Hoping to find someone who has a GS-911 tool that I might be able to get my hands on for a day or three to see if I can't figure out what is up.

My local area is Milwaukee Wisconsin, but am willing to pay for round-trip shipping/insurance.

Other idea would be a pooled purchase with other local riders/owners???

Feel free to PM me or respond here.

Thanks!

I done found this and will offer up garage space and tool usage if needed in the Fond du Lac WI area. I don't have much I can ship hither and yon, but I have a small MIG welder, torches, air, Sawzall, dog, small fridge that is generally stocked and a bunch of hand tools. If you need transport, I have a pickup and a small trailer as well.

I have a small garage, and space is at a premium, but I can generally shuffle all my junk around to make room for a bike. No room at the Inn, but a decent sized backyard to pitch a tent.

thanks, Suncoast!

i take it that you'd like to maintain ownership of the shim tool? the only downside of that is you end up paying for outbound shipping yourself every time somebody borrows it. i added your tool to the second post on page 1 (in the "privately owned, ship-able" section), so just lemme know of i got something wrong or you ever change your mind.
