We have a large yard, a garage with tools, a place for a fire - as well as a bed inside/or couch. We'd be delighted to share a meal and talk rides.

We're located a couple hours from Montreal, 1/2 hour from Burlington, and know lots of good riding routes if you are interested in day trips in the area. It is 3.5 miles to gas and convenience store from our house.

We've done an Alaskan trip from Vermont on KLRs - rented bikes in Italy - and I've ridden in 49 of the 50 states. Nothing special - just folks that love riding.

Call to make sure we're around.

Relatively flat yard with a firepit. If you'd like something more soothing, a full size pull out couch is in the basement. Shower, washer/dryer, and tools are available. If you're broke down nearby, shoot me a message; I've got a truck and a ramp.

Two dogs, a cat, a ten year old, and plenty of crap to do in the local area. It is only a stones throw away from DC and public transportation!

Illicit narcotic use is prohibited. Several local breweries are nearby.

Adventure is what you make of it. A toothbrush and gas money is a great start.

I don't think I ever signed up officially though we sure have hosted quite the range of adventurers over the past few years at our luxury penthouse shanty here in Salinas, Santa Elena, Ecuador.

Fortunately we have found the home we have been waiting for and are moving 10 blocks away and should be in there in a couple weeks, part time as we remodel.

We will have a huge flat yard for camping, a guest house, fire pit, bbq, swimming pool (eventually) and a decent place to work on bikes.

Anyone coming through Coastal Ecuador is more than welcome to get in touch, have a place to stay, do some laundry, eat my wife's cooking.

Venice Beach, California, just a few minutes from the beach.

* Living room with sofa and inflatable mattress for the floor. Reasonable space for two, might get tight with more than that, but could be made to work.
* Bath, shower, etc.
* Kitchen, outdoor grill
* Garage
* Good selection of hand tools, mostly oriented towards metric, but a standard selection of SAE as well.
* Also a reasonable supply of connectors and tools for most basic electrical jobs on motorcycles.
* Lots of other motorcycle services available in the area if you can't do it yourself.

Cat allergies will be an issue, but I have a supply of Claritin available too.

I may be able to help on short notice, but ideally give me a couple of days in advance.

Offering any traveling ADVers who need ANY mechanical assistance a hand!

I'm a mechanic/welder/fabricator and have a very cool boss and a fully stocked shop. Steel MIG welding, Acetylene torch, drill press, belt sander, band saw..... you name it. SAE and MM tools. Bone yard with retired machinery to pick for parts and so forth. Decent ACE hardware shop in town. I'm located off 236 (Big Basin HWY) about 7 or so miles from town at the Boulder Creek golf club. Can't offer to host but can guide you to a ton of free camping in the Santa Cruz mountains. 30 min to west santa cruz, 45 min or so to Saratoga, and East San Jose. 25 min to the coast via Bonny Doon, 15 min to Big Basin park.

Love IPAs!!!!

It's just a ride...

I live in the suburbs west of Des Moines. We're right off of I-35/I-80 and can offer you:

- garage space
- limited tools
- tent space
- hot shower
- couch
- food/drink

I've used Tent Space in the past and would like to return the favor to anyone passing through.

PM a couple weeks in advance if possible.

I live in San Francisco city limits. I don't have a garage for anyone's bike but I do have the ability to literally lock your bike to my place. Gimme 24 hours notice and I can put up two people. I'm a block off the freeway and easy to find.

I can offer a few tools with access to more at motoshop here in SF, hot showers, a futon or sometimes you can steal my bedroom for the night (I did that for a RTW traveler). I have no tent space. I can also offer you a few laughs and the ability to do some laundry.

There's a BMW dealership, a KTM dealership, a Ducati and Triumph dealership within a ten minute ride of my house.
RIP Lance. You are missed.

Plenty of tent space about 30 min west of San Antonio. Tools and some shop space to work on bikes and a motocross track to try out if you're so inclined!
