640 Adventure and a Keihn FCR

Hey All...I just got done putting an FCR on my 2007 640 Adventure and seem to be having a problem. Bike runs great, does great when speeds are low and RPM's are varied and stay low but as soon as I get on the freeway for any length of time and get the RPM's up over 6,000 and do any kind of speed it starts to hesitate and feels like it runs out of fuel. It just stops running.

Once this happens it wont re-start for anything. I have to shoot some carb cleaner in the carb to get it to fire and once it does its good to go.

Could I be running the carb out of gas? Should I check my float and make sure its a little higher then normal? My last thought is that the fuel pump is going bad or it can't keep up with the FCR?

Has anyone had this happen to them or have any thoughts?

Sorry if this has been covered, I'm on my phone and it can be tough to search. Thanks in advance!
