Kreitler is da bestest that I know of AFA rollers go. That Inside Ride thingy is prolly mo bettah, but its also mo money.

Me? I have a pair of ancient (bought em in the late 80s) Tackx plastic rollers that work just fine for my use. You don't HAVE to spend a shitpot load of $$ on em to get good ones.

That is a relief!

We don't have the mega shops like y'all do in NOVA which means that I will need to scrounge a little harder for them.

Get LARGE diameter rollers though not the small ones. I have the 2.5 gauge rollers and they're very difficult to spin unless you're in a high gear.

I wish I had the taller rollers but the cost doesn't make sense, since I really want these =

I own a $50.00 set of Minuora rollers. They were purchased because of an ad I placed on craigslist. I got 3 phone calls on the day I placed the ad, and the most expensive one was $75.00.

Place an ad and see what happens. I would bet there are a lot of them gathering dust.

I've got these for sale. Has a few hundred miles of use on it, good as new. It does come with the magnetic resistance unit.

Unga - def interested. How would these be for a roller novice do ya think ?

Where are you in NH (please feel free to PM me that info) - I am thinking these suckers are heavy so I might have to come pick them up or meet halfway mebbe ?

Getting this back on top.

For those of you not at Fried Quads, I did a metric century on my rollers yesterday. Not as bad as I thought, and my legs were not bad at all this morning, so I did a 60 minute elliptical workout.
