The old tunnels are converted to walkways / viewing places when a new tunnel - deep in the rock - is completed:

One lane road - no traffic control devices. Give a toot of the horn and keep moving if you don't hear a toot back.

The Spray tunnel, near Zeehan on the west coast of Tasmania.

It is an old tramway tunnel put in to service the "Spray" Mine, the strange cross section is to allow the passage of a boiler used at the mine.

This isn't realy a tunnel as such as you can't travel in it without a key to get in.
It is a tunnel put in to assist in the construction of a hydro power station in Tasmania, called "Poatina" which is supposed to be the local aboriginal word for "hole in the ground"

No.

Thanks to the generosity of a European Advrider, my wife and I got to ride in his spare RT through Bavaria. Waaay cool.

But nowhere else in Europe. Saxony, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain are calling me, though.
