It's very simple Keith - they want someone ELSE to take care of them. Turn their power on, make sure their TV works and in general, see to it that they aren't even slightly inconvenienced - like actually having to pull a cord to start a generator and then God forbid - connect an extention cord to the idiot box so they can watch. We have become an entitlement society. These fools shouldn't have to stoop so low as to read a pamphlet and start a generator. They expect your drivers to do it all.

Looking at a set of these. However, there are a bunch of other styles of Denali lights. What's the difference? These have an interchangeable lenses to switch from flood to spot, which I think is cool. Thoughts? |

Inmate cyclops is the lighting master, be it HID, Xenon or LED. I am not taking commision from him, so...
He was showing me how the projection tech has advanced the light cast capability of simillarly powered LED sets. The secret is in the depth of the reflector(deeper is better) and the focus of the lens(like you noted, flood vs pencil is a difference in lens). The Denali isn't using the deep reflector tech yet and won't show the results of an LED light system that does. He also identifies the best lighting components on the market, for our application, and sells them. These happen to be HID http://www.cyclopsadventuresports.co...products&id=85 ![]() edit to add: Tesla Motors has chosen Cyclops high powered NXG Prime series LED's to light the way for their innovative Autos. The NXG prime series of LED lights draw little power yet yield an incredible amount of light . They also provide a dimming feature and lifetime warranty that separates them from the rest.

They seem nice, but double sided tape to mount? That's kinda lame I think. |
