I stayed sober long enough to install an oberon and bling the bike up a bit.

Guess so, I thought that would be a bad idea....How does it dampen, should be no lateral movement anyway.

there is not rubber "inside" the sprocket, it's a normal one, but there is rubber on the outside both sides to try and eliminate some noise. So when the chain comes round it tries to "dampen" the clatter. TBH I cannot tell the difference on Adv's I have had and the SE has an undamped one, and does not seem any nosier. If there were the same price, why not? But the damped ones are more /$$$$ and IMHO not worth it.

cheers

For you blokes that hardly ever get them dirty..

ORANGE CRUSH's new poster boy, Aussie Steve Cooney on the LC8 950 SuperEnduro... currently in 20th spot outright (in a field of 44 other 450/570cc lightweight Rally MOTO's)... and has completed 100% (so far) of one of the toughest rallies on the planet. So far this race has chewed up and spat out nearly 50% of the field... INCLUDING the worlds #1 rallye rider...

Noe THAT's truly great job on the last of the V8 Interceptors...
