Thanks! I originally wanted the black, but this is pretty sweet. One of my buddies asked if it was a cop bike.

Just before she went to sleep.....

From Off Road

A lot of rain caused a lot of mud and land slides. Eventually hit one too big to cross and had to turn around. Still a great ride.

Why oh why did i open this thread again.

Loving my current bike in many ways more so than the 650 Strom.

But having BAD thoughts of finding a used 1K strom in the future for a trip up to INUVIK i have planed with my bro in a few years (original plan is to take our old SECAS but the more and more i do to my seca the less and less i want to take it on that trip i buliding it to be purty). And my brothers other bike is a DR650 so he has a better bike for that trip we just both kinda crazy.

Whoring up the Vstrom pic threads today....

This was my Vee on Sunday. We spent 15 hours and covered about 160 miles of dirt and 18-ish water crossings. One thigh deep and swift enough that you could barely stand up in it. It took all six of us to walk each bike across. Water was up to the headlight on the strom. ...Then we had to backtrack through each one again because our exit was blocked by a fallen tree 2 miles from the tarmac. We left home at 7:30 am and got back home at 12:30 am Monday morning, doing about 60 miles of dirt and 10 water crossings in the dark. It was crazy.

This crossing was one of the easier (but longer) ones.

The video of it from across the river.

Logan's water run from Bill Delapp on Vimeo.

Here is the same crossing on my bud's KLR.

Untitled from Bill Delapp on Vimeo.

Here is the vid that my buddy made through the really deep creek that I mentioned above. Just to show you how kanrly it was. His KLR. My mug.

Very fast and deep water crossing from Bill Delapp on Vimeo.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a V-Strom thread. Not just pictures or can we post here on V-Strom related stuff. I got a few questions about the DL650.
