Le Dahu, hey thanks for the kind words.
Yeah I love the photo too, although it was actually a test shot for the one below which was taken about 10 minutes later and with the foreground lit by our bikes lights. The only other change is that I used photoshop to get rid of the tire marks. We haven't posted too many of the really good shots, only because we kept finding them 'nicked' and on other websites. Remember just keep 'snapping away' with the camera. I'd never taken a photo in my life previous to starting on this trip. It's been a fast and wonderful learning curve. ![]() Cheers Simon T

We appreciate your comments guys, thanks.
BriKielyGSman, where did you find gas? The earleir photo of Lisa being filled up from the plastic cans was actually San Juan. Fuel was pretty scarce so it's pretty likely that it was the same guy. CBR-ELEVENTY-TEN, right now we're in Mexico, just biding our time before re-entering the States. Its been good though as I'm almost up to date with the diary and I've managed to get pages built that we'd promised 2008 equipment sponsors. Adventure Designs, Galfer Brakes and Hilleberg. You can check out thise here http://www.2ridetheworld.com/sponsors.html just click the 'read more' links under the blurb. We've also just agreed to start witing for 'RoadRUNNER Magazine' and so being here has given us a chance to organise that and to start pooling info, diary and photos' that right now are scattered all over our computer. We're heading back into the US of A early may, en-route to Alaska. We've been booked by a few dealers to give our presentation. Here's where and when. If any of you can make it we'd love to see you. Here's an ADVRIDER link to a post on our show and a few kind words from some that have attanded. http://www.advrider.com/forums/showt...on+lisa+thomas May 9th Santa Rosa BMW May 24th Salt Lake city BMW May 29th Happy Trails in Boise June 7th Northern Colorado BWM/ Ducati Motorcycles June 14th Ginas BMW Iowa - presentation will be at the Iowa BMW rally in Marengo June 21st BMW motorcycles of Milwaukee June 28th BMW Motorcycles of southeast michigan (TBC) You can find more info and diary about the Bolivian section of our ride here at our website: http://www.2ridetheworld.com Cheers Simon T

More Bolivian Altiplano photos
Yeah I know I'm chaeating a bit as I've posted these elswhere. but here's a few more images from the Bolivian leg. I actually posted them on a seperate thread. Not sure why I did that???
Here they are: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() As I said before the colours are simply stunning. Keep your eye for the new 2008 Touratech Catalogue and you'll recognise some fo the photos above. I'm pretty sure they used the last one. I've got a quick question...does anyone know how the photos for the advrider home page get selected? You know the ones that appear as part of a set when you click onto www.advrider.com Do I have to submit photos or something. Just curious! Cheers Simon T
