After 2 days of freeze-dried meals cruising the eastern OR desert we had a great meal at Clyde Holliday SRS on the John Day River. Perfect!

Thumb Little Louie's

234 Clyde Road in Cambridge Ontario Canada

Excellent Burger your way with a ton of options and as good as the fries are, the salads are even better! Go "Big" and get a double!

Should add that the homemade hot sauces(lower right of pic) and volcanic mayo are mighty tasty indeed! Lots of delectable looking accessories.

Thumb Caledon Family Resto

Old School Burger Goodness.

16560 Hurontario St Caledon, ON. South of Caledon, on 10, at the base of "The Mountain". For those familiar with the area, formerley, Flapjacks.

The 7 ounces of Mushroom Swiss old school on the grill hamburger goodness. Served with your choice of fries or soup for $7.75 or something close to that? Regular 7oz with side just $5.75 and that is a bargoon!

Anything with shrooms and "The Princesss" has to have it.

This one was in Redding, Ca. Of course, they all probably order out of the same catalog.

I can see the proprietors coming up with the bacon and egg element no problem but the beetroot? Common in many Canadian homes but not regular fare in the average roadside resto. I'll give it a shot nonetheless and report back.

Come to Australia, it's a standard burger item (along with the others)
