Just me, my sandwich and nature. (and a couple of hundred other tourists)

Pretty nice place for lunch though.

Meal purchased in the store at Glacier Point during this little Yosemite trip

Well, alright then... ditch the fantastic scene in the background, add a minit market in Dove Creek, Utah, just before launching off into a ~3-4 hour afternoon ride through backroads with nothing there.... We were hungry. This is what we found in the market. Ate it on the top of the ice machine outside.

Some of the locals were kinda looking at us, but I think they were just jealous.

Oh man, I've since learned that you cannot get good Mexican food outside of Mexico. It's that simplicity that's elusive. Everywhere else tries to dress it up too much.

Somewhere on the Pacific coast, Mexico.

Tabasco or not?

Nearly a year ago I went for a weekender to Waco Lake, Waco Tx. It was a very pleasant ride. First time in a long while that I went anywhere on the bike. It was a meander till I finally decided to camp at Waco lake. That is where I decided that no trip will be without any Tabasco.

These two did not make it to the menu ...

Forgot the hot sauce, but not the canned meat! Notice the Kipper Snacks on the left.
