Here's my favorite local hangout, very famous in Pittsburgh called Primanti Brothers. The sandwich includes french fries and coleslaw in the sandwich.

This stand in Galati Romania sold toasted marshmallows. The fresh marshmallow dough is rolled out, then wrapped around greased conical wooden forms and toasted on a grill by a fat man. The marshmallow is then tapped off the wooden form and served. The smell was amazing.
