Holy CRAP I hate this thread!

I just ate, and reading this makes me hungry again.

And many entries make me want to ride the 800 to 2400 miles to get the food right bloody now!

The salmon soup at the Yukon River pump station along the Dalton Highway is very good. Cheapest thing they have there, too. At $5, it costs the same as a gallon of gasoline.

The strawberry milkshake at Fast Eddy's in Tok, AK was delicious.

At Four Corners, I had some Navajo "frybread" taco.

I had the frybread not far from there (Cameron) but they didn't have all the taco stuff to go on it :(

Thumb Monteverdi Marittimo

If you ever ride to Monteverdi Marittimo I advice you to visit the small alimentari you find there.
Although the store is tiny, tiny, tiny, it has has a dedicated room for pecorino and one for cinghiale (wild boar).
For a few euro he will make you a panino from fresh focaccia.

You can trust me on this: As if Riding in Tuscany isn't in itself rewarding, tasting his panino will make it all worth while.

Thumb Paint Bank VA Buffalo Sandwich!

On a recent ride some WV Harley riders we met at a gas stop recommended the Buffalo Sandwich at the Paint Bank VA General Store. Not only was the lunch and atmosphere outstanding but the ride on 311 was highly entertaining as well.

Laugh Death Valley Junction...

This WAS the best meal of the trip....tasted better than it looked. Although highly qualified to eat the whole darn thing, I stopped (4 bites from the bitter end)

Brekkies 1 & 2

Looks like these two breakfasts were enjoyed at the same resto and and perhaps at the same time. They appear to be beside eachother?
