Tortillaville Taco Truck

This food truck spends summers in Hudson New York and is trying to make some money on Big Pine Key this winter. Excellent inexpensive seafood, roadside at Mile marker 30 on weekends.

I'm told food trucks are a new fad Up North, and I'm hoping this one takes root at least in the winter in the Lower Florida Keys. The fish and shrimp tacos were excellent.

In Denton, TX old town square, there is an ice cream parlor named Beth Marie's. The other day I had a scoop of "hog wild", it looks like chocolate chip, but those aren't chocolate chips, they're chocolate covered bacon bits!

Not a pretentious place at all, but with nice water views over the Gulf of Mexico.

One of my favorite dishes, grilled fish over salad.

Snapper, dolphin, hogfish, they all taste good on a Caesar salad.

Stopped by my all time favorite local eatery. Caps on the water. Half way between St Augustine Fl and Jacksonville Beach on the Intercoastal waterway.

Lunch Rocked! Garilc Oysters with Parmesan and Ahi tuna Tacos. I actually ordered Red beans and rice but the fries that came with it weren't bad.

They have the worlds coolest bathroom... Yeah I know. Weird to bring it up but its "out there" especially if you;re into 70's/80's culture!

I had the wrong camera with me but it's a really good view!

This was in the parking lot. I was insanely jealous!

The place was rocking!

The view from the bulkhead.

Take the coast road home!
