Weird. I'll have to ask around.

I eat healthy 90% of the time, brats and beer are a weakness!

I workout regularly to offset the junk.

I put ketchup, and onions on my brats. I have never heard of that either. I wouldn't expect someone form TN to understand, much less challenge a person from Wisconsin on what should and should not be put on a brat. You can put what you please on your brat as far as I am concerned.

@Kaanan, East or West De Pere? I live in West De Peerrr! ...but don't claim to the rivalry. If you ever want to grab a beer or ride around hooligan style with a fellow ADVer I would be open to it. Currently limited to non highway riding since my bike looses its wind around 50mph.

When it comes to ketchup brats are like hot dogs with the exception of currywurst.

And here's a currywurst on the menu.

I had a currywurst at a campsite in Luxembourg in the summer. I know I need to get out more, but I was expecting a curried sausage type thing. Oh no... it's a hot bratwurst covered in cold gravy and dusted with curry powder. Shamefully I didn't take a picture of it at the time, but snapped this on a menu a few days later in Austria.

Hot brat covered in curry ketchup with sprinkled curry powder. Usually served mit pomme frites or a roll. The one I had in Sassnitz was excellent.

Of course they will.
They need to be in a big pot with a nice chunk of ham and a bunch of taters!
