A new clutch cable....
I went out with a group of DC area scooterists this morning for a ride, and ended up trashing my clutch cable about 10 miles into it.
 Kev187 was out on the ride with us...  Doing the roadside repairs.    Note to everyone...I was lucky I was carrying a spare cable. If you are not, I'd advise going ahead and buying one. You'll need one of these too in case it drops off, as mine did. And then people have to go wandering aroudn in the road looking for it...
