not so bad, no big deal weather-wise
![]() Made it to Wagontire and got a room for the 1st and only time (so far). ![]() just startin' to snow? ![]() fuked we are! we are supposed to ride 250 miles of dirt to our reservation at a guest ranch in Nevada this day. There is no way to make that trip with snow on the rocks without big lights on the bikes 'cause we'll be riding at night for sure.

Literally 5 minutes after this pic was taken there was an inch of snow on the ground and it was continuing.

AZ in July
Some cool pics in here. These are boring by comparison.
This summer, on I-40 going West, I rode into a nasty storm as I passed outta Flagstaff. It was full of lightning, dark clouds, wind, on again - off again rain, and an accident scene with an overturned semi, a crumpled minivan, and a body under a sheet. Poor fella. Just East of Kingman, I came out from under it, and I was thinking "Ha! Not a single lightning bolt came near me!". I watched this wall of rain consume the hills you can barely make out (couldn't stop in time to get a "before" pic, couldn't stay to get the "after" pic on the hills you can see): ![]() Got almost to Kingman, entered sunlight, and pulled off to get some pics of the mess I had ridden through. Where I came from (East): ![]() Left (North): ![]() Right (South): ![]() As you can see, the storm was South of me. Unfortunately, I-40 turns south at Kingman, and I rode back into the storm a second time.
