I seem to remember that they were designed to be towed behind another vehicle. I have no idea how the towbar looked or worked. a service tech could drive a customers car back to the customer after it was repaired. towing the servicar. then unhook it and return back to the workshop.

Yes he said he thought it was part of the towing maybe? But I also thought it had to have an extended axle for that and this one didnt? I was hoping to find a photo or two of it in operation.

Hi Guys,
if you ever visit the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante, you have to drop by at the "Museo Vehiculos historicos valle de Guadalest" Lots of Bultacos, Ossas and Montesas, but also the american and british classics like Indian, Henderson, HD, Triumph, BSA, AJS and so on... Just a taste of it: ![]() ![]() Bultaco Trials and Enduros ![]() 1968 Ossa 250 GP-Bike I have some more of these ... and i've seen the catacombs ... if anyone is interested ... Greetings from Munich Felix |

Ok, the catacombs, but first i have to show my favourite:
![]() The beautiful 1980 Bultaco Frontera 250 MK II Maybee its just because the colors remind me of my IT 490... ![]() The pretty rare Moto Guzzi Falcone Ercole. 500cc-thumper with about 25 hp, but 1,5 tons carrying capacity. I guess it wasn't the fastest out there... While we talked a while with the owner of the museum, he told us some interesting things, like he took over the museum from his father, who started restoring motorcycles. So now it's kind of a father-son business. But business is maybee te wrong word, because he told me that they never sell motorcycles. They just buy, restorate, buy more, restorate more, and so on... Also I guess, they don't make so much money from the museum, since they only take 3 Euros entrance and there are about 10-20 visitors a day. So after we talked for a while, he said, "There are not so many people around so I can show you the storage!" and down we wen't. He just showed us the way, and went back up to museum and so we wandered about a half hour through this: ![]() I guess in the museum there are about a hundred machines, and down here we saw about another 200 of Enduros, Trials, Scooters from Spain, Italy, UK, from perfectly restored to just pulled out of the barn. ![]() Not to forget some old cars and a ready-to-race Renault R5 Turbo Rallye-Car. Ive made some hundreds of fotos, so I could post on for some days. But where should I start? Has anyone a special request?? Greetings, Felix |

Gorgeous stuff
I didn't want to take up so much space by hitting quote. That twin engined Scout looks like some serious business. The white Knuckle is one of the prettiest Harleys that I've ever seen and the blue Panhead is another glorious sight to behold. Where do you guys find this stuff?

Any Metrallas? Or any trials bikes would be good place to start.
