Hi Koen ,
There just pics of the build up of the SE bash plate that I made . He sent me his OME bash plate so I could get the mounting points and it was built up from there as I didnt have a bike to work of I would send it to him, he would mark it out and let me know what was needed and sent it back , its not easy but it all worked out well with the finished product. Cheers Matt |

new skid plates, just sent payment...
for the 640 Adv's my buddy and I have. Best of all, I just 'fessed up to my wife (i.e. didn't ask for permission) and she said I'm not even in trouble. Lucky I am.

The water tanks don't have anything to do with the radiators or cooling system. They are simply deposits as a lot of international rallies require you to carry 3 liters of water on the bike for emergency use.

I havent made them with water tanks just the two tool boxes but a couple of guys have converted one of the boxes to a tank fo the Oz Safari.
For day today use the two tool boxes are a lot more pratical for stashing all to stuff you dont all ways need to get to in a hurry but are glad there there when you need them and it all adds to the protection of the bike. I get them weldered up and the insides are mig the out sides are tiged as it look better. Cheers Matt |
