Hey redRyder, I rode about 200 km yesterday...met a friend half way up HWY 622.

What an odd feeling, riding, and seeing the snowbanks beside me...

This is my all-time favorite sign. I just spent a very happy hour Google-ing "Chupacabras." In case you don't know, here is a clue - most of the Web sites that discuss Chupacabras (and have pictures of them) are called "paranormal.net" or "alienbabies.com" or "unsolvedmysteries.org." Really interesting stuff in a total-waste-of-time way.

Got 'cha beat on the Population by one:

No Chupacabras, though (eastern Oregon, near the Alvord Desert). Biggest threat that night was getting consumed by mosquitos.
