She's a beaut Beau! If you ever get a chance check out the St. Ignace antique boat show up in upper peninsula of michigan. (I heard it was the largest of its kind but don't know if that's true.) A really cool part of the world any way.

My best friend as a kid owned one of these (theirs is #2, Apache.) Forty-five ft long, and even the spar was ash, I think. It's sister was Sapphire moored right next to it at DYC. A lot of cool memories of old wooden boats out on lake st. claire.

Definately! Great day of riding. Thank you, Louis (Dave ) for being our tour guide. We did every loop at Whissenhunt in both directions at least once, yet I only logged a little over 30 miles. I sure am tired for only riding 30 miles.

BTW - thanks for waiting for my old, slow ass....except for that one time when you guys went right and I went left. :

Whissenhunt is fairly gnarly in places, but it ain't no Windy Gap.....thank goodness.

Not ADV related, but I know I've mentioned this to a few of you over the past several weeks so I thought I would post the good news.

Local newspaper article about my niece, Hannah, who had a successful liver transplant yesterday. Long road ahead through recovery, so prayers appreciated.

Thanks. I appreciate that, and from you too Jenna.

My brother, Jeff, works for the same company as you. He's in Traffic dispatching local trucks at the big DC there in Calhoun.

Interesting. I work in the rug plant right next door, the one closest to I-75. I'm the process engineer/maintenance manager/cheif bottle washer.

Great news but at the same time sobering too. The donor was a child from Miami.

Met two nice guys this morning at TWO around 9 am, one on a KTM and the other one on a GS 1200. I was on a yellow Vstrom.

Please identify yourselves, you know who you are

It was great talking with you guys, as I'm a long time lurker around this thread.

Adrian
