Most "horologers" are jealous, lonely clock punchers who will tell you, "You don't need anything better than an Omega" which might be one of the dumbest goddamn sayings ever. The only person worse than a bitter horologist is a flea market groupie.

A Rolex's movement will go as long between adjustments as any other movement out there. The words "Certified Chronometer" aren't just there for shits and giggles.

That being said, I don't own a handfull of Rolex watches because they are the most dazzling, sought after, respected, easy to sell timepieces out there. I have them because I got tired of busting up my "prettier" watches and wanted something a little more "honest" that could be worn anywhere at anytime without worry of it not being able to make it.

With that being said, the Omega is a kick ass watch and I don't see why anyone would need anything more than an Omega. Unless they could afford a Rolex.

Now, you want to see my Patek collection, Tourbillion collection or cartoon watch collection?

That is a GMT, but trying to tell if it is real or a counterfit, that's impossible by a picture. Look at the back, does the case back and bracelet have the same serial numbers on it? If so and if the second sweeps instead of moving in one second intervals it is probably real. I have one in the same coloure, a real one, and a Sea Dweller which people allways think is fake because it looks exactly like a Submariner without the bubble on the chrystal for the date. I also have a UK pilots issue Breitling, and about 20 other swiss watches. The king of inexpensive quality swiss watches has to be Zodiac...I have two and love those things!

If you are refering to the Chosmograph, it could be real because Rolex did make a model called the Daytona Cosmograph, which that is either a real or fake one of. I can't really tell without looking at them in person, but the Datejust with the diamond bezel looks fake to me in the picture.

The date font and magnifier are wrong. And so is the crown guard and bezel color. Not a very good fake. Some are very good, though. It also looks like the GMT hand stack is wrong, but it might be the picture.
