both were victorinox, there was a Victorinox store around the block from me in Soho NY, that's where I picked them up. it's a shame, I grew up with Vic SA knives an they were made so well.

Hey guys--any seiko experts in the house? I just bought some new bling from ebay and while I think its a beautiful watch, I am somewhat concerned that it may be a knock off. The bezel (I think thats what its called--the ring with the numbers on it) is looser than the other seiko I have.
![]() ![]() p.s. Obligatory knife included in the photo--my benchmade daily carry that I absolutely love. |

I have that same knife as my every day carry... mine looks a little more mature though.

It's a fake. Send it to me, and I'll wear it until it dies.
Seriously, while I'm no expert, it looks legitimate to me. 7S36 23 jewel movement. With a reasonable amount of care, it should last as long as you do.Quote:

Since you can buy an almost perfect Rolex fake for 200 clams, what would a perfect fake Seiko cost, and would it have a real seiko movement like the fake Rolexs? That is weird, I think it is real.

Thanks. It just came in a plastic pouch wrapped in chamois--no box or paperwork--and as mentioned the bezel feels loose as compared to my other seikos.
Thanks again! |

I thik so too as I can't see whay they would go to the length to knock off a Seiko! I mean, it's a nice watch and I want one now that you posted it........but it isn't a 6K watch like a Rolex or Breitling. So kocking off a watch that sells on the net for under 300 clams is silly isn't it?

This one was $0.99+$20.00 s&h. I don't wear it much, but it's a decent watch.
