Talk about set it and forget it...unless you travel you only have to set it twice a year, when DST changes! I'm not quite ready to set my sights that high. And I like the GMT with the lume, cause I have to be able to see the time in the dark - I have no bedside clock... But I'm envious of your good fortune! Enjoy it. I'm sure I'd spend a week just watching that second hand.

I love the way it looks. The dial is modeled after snow blown fields. Titanium case and band, see-through case back, blued second hand.

Well, IIRC, both are technically correct but I think only clocks still use that - no one would write a complex roman numeral using IIII, it would be confusing as it's not standard, you don't do XXXX for 40.

Awww, Jarvis, that's a beaut!
Right now, I'm on the lookout for a cheap, vintage GMT. I just want that extra hand. And it's handy during the yearly Dakar coverage in Racing. This year, I wore my dad's '80s Seiko ana/digi with the digital display set to Chile time. |

Priced a bottom end Rolex lately?...
Yea, the Seiko GS line is awsome - the fit and finish on these watches is second to none.
