Today's flea market finds, both of these are getting harder to find in such nice condition.





1950's chrono and a solid gold Hammy that hasn't been melted down.

I've inherited this old pocket watch recently. It was my grandfathers but I'm not really sure how old it is. The face says "Gustafson" but nothing relevant pops up on a Internet search. Anyone know anything about this maker or the watch?

Looks like a later watch because of the wide bezel, nice looking though.

yeah, I think he subscribes to a " to hell with traditionalists" mantra. Patina's all well and good, but funtionality trumps appearance when it comes to lume, and thebrightest are greens, blues, etc. Now as the days shorten, I'm reminded how I like modern lume every morning as I drag my ass out for a pre-dawn walk

I despise the "faux patina" thing that's going on in motorcycles and cars at this time. Sorry for the side track but I just had to get that out.
