Dug granddad's Sicura out of the safe this week and bought a NATO for it. Lookin good, and ticking away all day, and more importantly, all night on my table. Not bad considering it's spent 99.9% of the last 15-20 years just sitting, unwound.

Thanks, it's unique, for sure. I've already been asked about it twice today (from fellow geek engineers). It's only 10:30
![]() Takes a little to get used to reading it quickly, and thank goodness I still have good vision since it's not a very big watch.

Treat yourself to a camera that can take a good macro shot.

Got the Seiko eventually, they shipped it from Japan. I didn't like the height of the case at first but it has grown on me. It's a keeper. I'll change the strap to a brown leather one at some point. Oh, the pink background? My wifes laptop lid ![]() ![]() Moire. ![]() ![]()

I have a few nice Rolex watches for dressing up but need a non-metallic beater for work. The Casio G-Shock are kind of cool and I like the analog dial. The Casio web site only shows them available at Macys, are they stocked at any "regular" stores like Walmart or Sears?
