I'm in Madison and fly to NYC on a weekly basis. Or Houston. I could make something happen if needed.

A handoff would work for me in Michigan come Summer, anytime by mail. My creaky old bones don't get thawed out until mid-June.

Finally received my replacement Vostok from Russia. This one (knock on wood) appears to have no issues. It's cheap, but I really like this watch.

So a PVD Rolex Daytona gets posted in FM yesterday. OP is now banned and the thread closed without commentary from the mods. Was it bogus like the last Rolex in FM?

I know everyone here loves them so much! It's actually a great everyday watch since I work a lot with my hands in broadcasting and hit stuff behind racks of equipment and such. I am only half pleased with their longevity, I have had one problem with second hand falling off, and had two straps fail on one of the huge Russian Divers.

Grab him from "inmates." like me, Mr. Hamilton has crazy ADHD. Sitting still is not his thing. Beer, motorcycles, and woman with questionable morals, that's his thing.

There seem to be very few brands of any kind or any product that drum up love/hate opinions as much as Invicta watches do. They're like the Nickelback of watches.

My 9937OB has been fine. I got it for $200 delivered from a sale on WorldOfWatches.com. It's been a good watch and I've had a few discussion about Rolex Submariners when people have mistaken it. It's not a fake, it's clearly labelled Invicta on the face and the case. But "inspired by"? You bet! And that's why I like it as I don't have thousands of dollars to put a Submariner on my wrist.

Still, for the *other* Invictas? Well, the brand has a wide range. Some is gaudy junk. Some swings well above its cost in performance and style.

This is not my picture, but the watch is buffed like mine. I took fine grit sandpaper and got rid of the mirror-finish on the case and band. When I got the watch serviced, the watch repairer re-buffed it the same that he would with a Submariner. The de-blinged 9937OB is the shizzle as far as I'm concerned.

Is it actually bogus? I couldn't make heads or tails from the fuzzy picture. Didn't appear bogus to me. But then again, it didn't appear legit either. Just couldn't tell.

Yeah, very hard to tell with such a lousy photo. But who on earth would PVD a REAL white dial SS Daytona??

I would add, that does NOT look like a legit 2007 Rolex box in the pic.
