What criteria do the above mentioned mirrors not answer for you? If it is real good rear view, or aesthetics, look at aprilia tuono mirrors, on eBay, you can get a pair for 80 bucks....

But I'm not sure I've seen anything remotely as usefull and durable as the double takes.... Even if they are a bit industrial looking.

I had the "pleasure" of riding my 525 about 60 miles at highway speeds (70-75 mph) a couple of weekends ago, and I didn't notice any blurring

My DR650 will eventually have a pair of double takes, I've even pondered trying to fab a mount for them for my FJR

Fitted mine this PM - very straight forward, took minutes.......

Yet to test outside at night but all seems well.

There was a line of people behind me (at the sellers house) waiting to buy it- crazy.

Just found out we have a good KTM dealer in town, too.
Nice!
Great deal!
I run the PMB tail bracket & the Sidestand. The sidestand it awesome.

Tip- Get some extra of those flat hex bolts for the seat bracket. After awhile the allen goes to hell from doing the seat off/on. I carry a few in my fanny pack. Oh and a hex hey that size.

Great deal! I just paid $3900 for my 04 525exc but it came with a supermoto setup too so it's pretty close to your deal I guess. Nice that you got the big tank too!

06 525 exc

I picked up a 2006 525 EXC with about 200 hours on it back in December 2010 for $3,000.00

Baja Dual sport Kit (or at least that is what it looks like) that I will be selling off shortly.

HT Oil Cooler (this will be used on the bike)

Trail Tech 100W stator (this may get sold and replaced with the 120W piece)

Not too much else that I will use when all is said and done but this is exactly what I was looking for.

The bike needs some cleaning and love for sure. It does run and ride well.

My bike is in the process of being updated and fitted out for a run of the TAT in 2012. Lots to do and lots of money to spend before then. Big Plans and plenty of time to implement them!

Good idea, the bolts are almost toast now. I see you're in Vegas. We spend the winters in Mesquite, and that's when I'll have the most time to ride this thing.

Probably not what you are after, but I run these on all my 525 / 300 & 950. Get a great view and never have to worry about braking them. CRG Blindside mirrors.
This is my 300, but you get the idea.

The other option that get's good reviews the highwaydirtbikes mirrors, but they are similar to the ones that fit in the handguards.

Check us out in here. http://my2wheels.com/forum/cmps_index.php
In the winter months there is plenty of riding in the area. Temps get brutal in the summer. Start riding at dawn to finish at 9am.

I'll be up at Tahoe in August. We ride all over the place.

Talking Rear tail light

Help a newbie out.

I have a 2002 520 EXC.

Was riding woods earlier today and ripped the rear license plate holder and tail light off.

Can't ride her anymore until a get something new.

Please give me some cheap ideas for holder and tail light. I have looked into the Baja Designs set up but trying not to pay 70 bucks for something like that.

Pictures would be great!

Thanks in Advance!

Do a search on ebay for "ktm taillight." Many tail light fenders for under $50.
